On November 29th, Doright held a riveting training instructor appointment ceremony, appointing 11 colleagues from processes, quality control, and manufacturing as riveting training instructors, marking another step forward for the company in the cultivation of riveting talent.

At the appointment ceremony, Mr. Song Chao, the General Manager, presented appointment certificates to each training instructor. He also stated that this first batch of appointed instructors would take on the sacred responsibility of "teaching, helping, and leading" in riveting work. Through their professional knowledge and rich experience, they would promote the efficient sharing and inheritance of internal knowledge within the company, contributing significantly to the company's skilled talent training system.
