As the year-end approaches, the Doright year-end safety work summary meeting was held on December 30th as scheduled. Throughout the year, we have worked together, with "Safety First, Prevention as the Main Focus, Comprehensive Management" as the core philosophy, to write a new chapter in the company's safe development.
The meeting comprehensively reviewed the safety work of 2024 and conducted in-depth planning and deployment for the safety work of 2025. A total of 48 people, including General Manager Song Chao, department heads, full-time and part-time safety management personnel, attended the meeting.
This quarter continued to implement the company's characteristic hidden danger proposal incentive system, with General Manager Mr. Song Chao awarding bonuses to outstanding proposal contributors.
Department heads provided detailed reports on the safety work of the year. The meeting thoroughly reviewed and summarized the execution of safety systems, the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, employee safety training, and the problems encountered in the process of safety work.
Company leaders recognized the achievements in safety this year while also pointing out the existing shortcomings and issues. It is necessary to continuously improve the safety knowledge and responsibility of management personnel, ensure that the company's safety thinking effectively reaches the grassroots level; address issues found in the management process systematically; strengthen on-site control for high-risk operations such as working at heights and crane lifting, refine and standardize operational procedures to ensure personnel safety; and make full use of the company's typical accident cases for warning training to further instill safety awareness among employees.
At the meeting, General Manager Mr. Song Chao signed the company-level safety responsibility agreement with the department heads and guided them to sign corresponding level safety responsibility agreements tier by tier, ultimately implementing it across the entire workforce.
A company-level safety inspection was organized with the company's main responsible person as the team leader and department heads as team members.
