From May 12 to 13, 2025, the World Carbon Black Congress was successfully held in the Fort Worth area of the United States. Participants engaged in discussions on topics such as the opportunities and challenges faced by the carbon black industry under the concept of sustainable development, emerging trends in carbon black alternatives, successful energy-saving and emission-reduction cases, and enhanced collaboration among upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry. During the conference, 24 guest speakers shared diverse perspectives and insights based on the entire carbon black value chain.
As the sole platinum sponsor of the World Carbon Black Congress over the years, Doright fully supported the event. Mr. Song Chao, the company’s General Manager, delivered a welcome speech and shared insights on Doright’s technologies and products, garnering widespread attention and enthusiastic feedback from attendees.
On May 12, Mr. Zhang Longlong, a designer from the company, delivered a keynote speech titled "Advanced Equipment for Carbon Black Refinement Technology," focusing on two innovative devices: the High-Gradient Electromagnetic Separator and the Fine Slag Removal Device.
During production, impurities such as particulate matter, solvent extracts, and inorganic salts (non-carbon components) may mix into carbon black. Adjustments in process control and optimization of equipment can reduce such impurities, a procedure known as carbon black refinement. The advanced refinement equipment introduced by Doright is designed for purifying pneumatically conveyed powdered carbon black. Specifically, the Fine Slag Removal Device eliminates large-particle impurities, while the High-Gradient Electromagnetic Separator adsorbs and separates magnetic impurities. By combining simulation analysis with practical applications, Doright has structurally optimized these devices to efficiently remove impurities, thereby providing technical support for improving carbon black product quality.
The presentation sparked lively discussions, attracting numerous attendees to Doright’s exhibition booth for further inquiries and exchanges.
For two decades, Doright has been committed to advancing energy conservation and environmental protection, striving for high-quality, multi-dimensional, and sustainable development. Moving forward, we sincerely hope to collaborate with more clients and industry peers, fostering mutual learning and progress to jointly achieve the vision of "net-zero emissions."
