As time progresses and new chapters unfold, our strides remain resolute and our dreams drive us forward. On February 7, the 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony of Doright was successfully held. All employees gathered together, joined by distinguished international guests from afar, to witness this moment of honor.
Centered on the theme of “Honoring Excellence and Strengthening Unity,” the ceremony reviewed the dedication and achievements of the past year, celebrated exemplary individuals across all positions, and expressed sincere gratitude to partners who have journeyed alongside Doright. Guided by the core value of “DO RIGHT THINGS & DO THINGS RIGHT” the event injected fresh momentum into the company’s pursuit of high-quality global development.
The ceremony began with an address by Mr. Wei Zhenwen, Chairman of the Board. He warmly reflected on Doright’s persistent efforts in the energy-saving equipment sector and its expanding global presence in 2025, extending heartfelt thanks to International partners and recognizing the hard work and dedication of all employees. Outlining the company’s development philosophy, Chairman Wei charted the course and direction for the year ahead. The awards segment stood as the highlight of the ceremony. Numerous honors were presented, including the Quality Outstanding Contribution Award, Excellent Project Award, On-site Service Excellence Award, Outstanding Newcomer Award, Outstanding Employee Award, Outstanding Manager Award, Outstanding Team Award, and Outstanding Department Award, covering key dimensions such as quality, projects, after-sales service, and new talent. The majestic Joy of Prosperity opened the celebration with grandeur; the uplifting song I Believe echoed the fighting spirit of Doright people; and The New Force of Intelligent Manufacturing, centered on innovation, showcased the company’s determination to drive progress through technology. The ceremony drew to a close with a delightful banquet. Attendees raised their glasses in celebration and exchanged visions for the future. Fun games and multiple rounds of lucky draws followed, bringing laughter and pleasant surprises.
