On August 15, 2022, the Doright Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base licensing ceremony was successfully held in Doright Plant.

Relevant officers of Qingdao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Jiaozhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, leaders of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Mr.Wei Zhenwen (President of Doright), Mr.Liu Rugang (General Manager of Doright), Mr.Cui Jianbo (Deputy General Manager of Doright), etc. attended the awarding ceremony. Jiang Yanhai, Director of Jiaozhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, presided over the ceremony.

Mr. Liu Rugang introduced Doright’s development process in his speech. He said that the development of Doright cannot be separated from scientific research and innovation. With the concern of the provincial and municipal human resources departments, Doright was approved as the Shandong Province Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base by Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security in July 2022, which built a new platform for Doright to further introduce high-end outstanding talents and build a strong research and innovation team.

Mr. Song Ping, Director of Qingdao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Ms. He Yan, Dean of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, said in their speeches that Qingdao University of Science and Technology and Doright have maintained a long-term good cooperative relationship, and have deeply integrated in platform co-construction, technical training, talent exchange, etc. The establishment of Doright Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base is another achievement of close cooperation between Doright and Qingdao University of Science and Technology. For next step, the establishment of the practise base shall be used as an opportunity to carry out comprehensive cooperation in production, education, research, and other aspects, and explore new ideas and models for school enterprise co construction.

Jin Yanchao, Director of R&D Department of Doright introduced the development status and subsequent development plans of the practice base. For next step, Doright will establish and improve the linkage cooperation and use mechanism for postdoctoral recruitment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shandong Province Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base Management Regulations, gather advantageous resources from both parties, support and promote scientific research innovation and achievement transformation.

After the ceremony, Mr. Wei Zhenwen spoke and stated that post doctors as the most innovative and dynamic force among young people, have become an important source of leading talents and the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship. Doright attaches great importance to the construction of the practice base, and its establishment marks a new stage in the cultivation and introduction of high-level talents in the company. Doright shall take this as a new chance to strengthen cooperation with the research personnel of the practice base, and then apply more and better scientific research and innovation achievements to actual production and manufacturing, so as to provide customers and society with more high-quality, efficient, and satisfactory services.
