On September 21-24, 2023, a gold medal welding team from our company's welding technology center and highly skilled welding technicians participated in the "11th Special Equipment Welding Technology Forum" and the Shandong Province "Skills Revitalize Shandong" Vocational Skills Competition - "2023 Shandong Province Special Equipment Vocational Skills Competition".

At the welding technology forum themed "Technology Empowered, ensuring the Intrinsic Safety of Special Equipment", Zhao Shujun, the director of DORIGHT's welding technology center, represented the company and the Qingdao Special Equipment Association to share a report on the "Application of Robot on Tube Sheet Automatic Welding", which was highly recognized by experts and scholars in the industry.

        The Shandong Province "Skills Revitalizing Shandong" Vocational Skills Competition "2023 Shandong Special Equipment Vocational Skills Competition" was jointly organized by the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Administration, Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, was held at Sinopec 10th Construction Co., Ltd. This competition has 24 participating teams from across the province. As the only private enterprise participating in this competition, our company has achieved good results in the sixth place of the team, and the three team members have also won the title of "Excellent Player".

        DORIGHT always pay attention to the construction and cultivation of talent teams. The team members participating in this competition have achieved satisfactory results through layer by layer selection, off duty learning, and intensive training.

By participating in this competition, our company's welders have improved their welding skills, broadened their horizons, and increased their confidence.
