On September 21, 2023, the 2023 China Carbon Black Annual Conference and Membership Conference was held in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province. The conference focused on the current situation and future prospects of China's carbon black industry, with the theme of "adapting to market development, strengthening enterprise management, and adhering to the path of green and sustainable development".         At the meeting, Mr. Zhu Zilong, Deputy Director of the Design Department of the company, gave a report titled "SKID-MOUNTED PRODUCTION LINE OF CARBON BLACK ENERGY-SAVING". The report proposes a more integrated and energy-efficient configuration plan for carbon black production line.

        The skid-mounted carbon black energy-saving production line aims to provide users with higher standardized equipment, more standardized products, and more stable systems through standardized and serialized equipment prefabrication and large-scale system integration. This design greatly reduces the workload of on-site installation for users by designing equipment, pipelines, frameworks, insulation, and instruments within the battery limit, as well as prefabricating and assembling them in the factory. Meanwhile, it can fully consider the personalized needs of users. The skid-mounted carbon black energy-saving production line has advantages of reasonable balance of schedule, cost, and quality; has advantages of convenient and fast installation, maintenance and replacement, and standardized installation therefore conducive to stable equipment operation; as well as has the advantages of simple and clear supply interface and clear rights and responsibilities. 

        The conference also simultaneously released the list of outstanding suppliers in the carbon black industry for 2023, aiming to provide recognition for suppliers who have made outstanding contributions in the industry chain.
