With the arrival of spring, we welcome a brand new quarter. On April 2nd, Doright held its Q1 2024 security work summary meeting, comprehensively reviewing the security work of this quarter and conducting in-depth planning and deployment for the next quarter's security work. The company continued to implement its unique hazard proposal incentive system, with General Manager Mr. Liu Rugang recognizing outstanding contributors by awarding bonuses during the meeting.
During the meeting, department heads reported on their respective departments' safety work for this quarter in detail. From executing safety regulations and identifying hidden hazards to employee safety training and addressing issues encountered during safety operations, all aspects were thoroughly reviewed and summarized.
General Manager Liu Rugang emphasized that safety measures should not be limited to paper; safety management personnel must fully utilize their supervisory role by actively inspecting sites to eliminate any potential risks caused by personnel or equipment factors. Safety Director Li Huanyu also highlighted that repeated violations should be strictly penalized while ensuring effective implementation of all corrective measures discovered.
While achieving certain results in terms of security this quarter, the company also identified several problems which were re-evaluated at the meeting along with reflections on areas where risk control and accident prevention could have been improved upon as well as an analysis of recent accident cases followed by practical corrective measures proposed.
Subsequently, under the guidance of senior executives from each department acting as team leaders with other department heads serving as members respectively organized a company-level security inspection.
There is no end to the work of safety, and it should never be taken lightly at any time. In our future endeavors, Doright will consistently uphold the safety concept of “safety first, prevention-oriented, full participation, accountability, and continuous improvement.” We will enhance the construction of safety systems and improve our safety management system to ensure the effective implementation of all safety measures. Furthermore, we will strengthen on-site safety inspections and hazard investigations to promptly identify and resolve any potential safety issues. Through the collective efforts of all employees, we are committed to continuously and efficiently eliminating hidden dangers in order to guarantee employee well-being and provide a solid foundation for company development.
