As the hot summer gradually heats up, Doright has also smoothly passed the challenging and rewarding second quarter. On July 10th, Doright held a Q2 2024 HSE work summary meeting to review the company's safety work for this quarter and plan and deploy the safety work for the next quarter. General Manager Liu Rugang and Safety Director Li Huanyu attended the meeting and delivered important speeches. A total of 43 full-time and part-time safety management personnel and relevant department heads from the company attended the meeting.

The meeting continued to implement a reward system for hidden danger proposals with company characteristics. A total of 41 hidden danger proposals were proposed and self-rectified by employees this quarter. At the meeting, General Manager Liu Rugang awarded bonuses to outstanding proposal personnel, deepening the idea of full participation in safety work.

At the meeting, department heads gave a detailed report on the safety related work of their respective departments. A comprehensive and detailed review, negotiation, and summary have been conducted on the implementation of safety regulations, safety risk control, hazard investigation and rectification, employee safety training, and issues encountered during safety work. At the same time, June marks the 23rd National Safety Production Month. The Department of Safety and Environment will summarize and report on the safety related activities organized during the month, and promote them through video format.

General Manager Liu Rugang pointed out at the meeting that firstly, safety work must not remain on paper, and safety management personnel should go deep into the site to eliminate safety hazards caused by personnel, equipment, and other reasons; Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen on-site 6S management and achieve unified, institutionalized, procedural, and standardized on-site management in each workshop; The third is to continuously monitor the health status of employees, standardize and efficiently use on-site safety facilities such as smoke purifiers, and strive to provide a safe, healthy, and clean working environment for every employee.

After the meeting, a company level safety inspection was organized with the main person in charge of the company as the team leader and department heads as team members.
