In early July, 9 PHD students from Tsinghua University arrived in Doright, marking the beginning of a 40 day summer research practice activity. This year marks the ninth year that Tsinghua University has conducted summer research practice in Doright. As of this year, Doright has welcomed 59 PHD students and 22 undergraduate students from Tsinghua University's summer research practice. 

On July 3, the company held a meeting and party building activities to celebrate the July 1st anniversary of the founding of the CPC. Mr. Liu Rugang, the General Manager of the company, warmly welcomes the arrival of the PHDs and wishes them all the best in their studies, work, and life at Doright.

At the July 1st Party Building Activity Conference, the Doright Party Branch and the Summer Practice Branch Party Branch held a review of the oath of joining the Party and a party lecture by the secretary.

In the secretary's party class segment, Secretary Xie Siqi of the detachment party branch gave a themed party class titled "Learning the Important Reply Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping to Academician Yao Qizhi", and Secretary Liu Rugang of the Doright party branch gave a themed party class titled "Strengthening Party Member's Party Spirit Education and Unifying Ideology".

After the meeting, PHD students from Tsinghua University visited the manufacturing workshop under the leadership of Minister Zheng Yunpeng of the Manufacturing Department. 

On July 7th, Doright and Tsinghua PHD students organized an early morning cycling activity. Through cycling, the PHDs have gained a deeper understanding of the local customs and Doright culture, enriching their internship experience.

At present, Tsinghua PHD students are undertaking 9 research projects covering multiple core technologies and products of the company, which are in full swing. Under the guidance of engineers from Doright and the combination of theory and practice, they will provide meaningful direction guidance and conclusion support for the continuous upgrading of the company's products.
