The 2025 "Rui Xiang Cup" Shandong Provincial Vocational Skills Competition for Nondestructive Testing Technicians (Ultrasonic Testing), part of the "Skills Boost Shandong" campaign, recently concluded successfully. Zhang Kuan and Li Xing, key technical members of Doright's Nondestructive Testing (NDT) team, represented our company. Demonstrating superb professional expertise and steady on-site performance, Zhang Kuan stood out from 46 teams and over 100 top experts from across the province, securing the individual championship with an absolute advantage. Through effective collaboration, both colleagues also achieved an excellent result of 9th place in the team competition, earning honors for the company and showcasing top-tier industry standards.

Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is a critical technology for ensuring industrial safety, requiring extremely high precision. Known for its "high standards and high difficulty," this competition comprehensively tested participants' professional competence through theoretical exams, practical flaw location, and precise data analysis. Zhang Kuan provided accurate answers in the theoretical section and excelled in the practical operation, completing the inspection with a remarkable error margin of just 0.1mm and in only 80% of the allotted time, ultimately outperforming all competitors to claim the top prize.
