Doright's team demonstrated solid professional skills and exceptional overall competence at the recently concluded 2025 Shandong Provincial "Skills for a Prosperous Shandong" Special Equipment Welder Vocational Skills Competition. Competing against 31 participating units and 92 top-notch contestants, our team stood out and achieved the excellent result of 6th place in the team ranking! As the highest-level, largest-scale, and most influential welder vocational skills competition in Shandong Province, this event gathered skilled elites from leading industry enterprises such as PetroChina and Sinopec. Facing intense competition, our participants remained composed, showcasing their superb techniques and earning high recognition from the judges. 

Our contestants also delivered remarkable performances in the individual events. Comrade Jing Guanglong secured an impressive 11th place individually through his excellent performance. Along with Chen Jiang and Qiao Yongjun, he was honored with the title of "Outstanding Contestant," fully demonstrating the capability and demeanor of our company's skilled talents.
