Centered on the theme of "Shaping the Future of Carbon Black: Innovation · Circulation · Development", the conference gathered 24 senior industry experts for in-depth dialogues on core topics including circular economy, market outlook and technological innovation, offering diverse perspectives for the future development of the entire carbon black value chain.

As a long-standing practitioner in the industry, Doright was invited to attend the event. At the conference, Mr. Zheng Yunpeng, Deputy Minister of the Company’s Design Department, delivered a keynote speech titled Comparative Analysis of Round and Square Baghouse Dust Collectors. Targeting the environmental protection and process pain points in carbon black production, he presented Doright’s customized solutions for the industry.

Carbon black production features extreme working conditions, where baghouse dust collectors have long been plagued by core challenges such as high dust concentration, high-temperature operation and stringent explosion-proof requirements.

To address these issues, the Doright team adopted computational fluid dynamics simulation and repeated on-site working condition tests to systematically compare round and square baghouse dust collectors across five key dimensions: airflow distribution, pressure-bearing stability, dust cleaning efficiency, operation & maintenance convenience, and explosion-proof safety.

Round Dust Collector:With uniform shell stress distribution, it boasts superior pressure resistance and explosion-proof performance, acting as a safety guardian for high-risk carbon black production scenarios.

Square Dust Collector: It features high space utilization and flexible modular layout, perfectly suited for compact renovation and large-scale expansion of old production plants.
