Recently, our company specially invited Mr. Babu, Quality Director of Jord International, to deliver a special sharing session themed Quality Management for International Business & Communication on Issues in Project Execution. Over 80 employees from multiple departments including Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, Design and Project Management attended the training. This event aims to deepen the strategic cooperation between the two parties, improve the whole-chain control capabilities of all staff covering quotation through delivery, and further consolidate our core competitiveness in the international high-end equipment business.

During the training, drawing on years of hands-on frontline experience, Mr. Babu conducted an in-depth analysis of key challenges and difficulties in international project delivery. Centering on core processes such as cross-departmental collaboration and risk control at the bidding stage, implementation of ASME international standards, distortion control in stainless steel welding, and product surface finishing, he shared a host of actionable technical optimization solutions. Meanwhile, Mr. Babu highlighted the core value of customer service, proposing the establishment of a standardized after-sales feedback system. By accurately matching customer demands, delivering efficient communication and compliant, reliable product quality, we can earn clients’ trust and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery of international projects.
