An order of 94 large process equipment units awarded by a renowned Australian enterprise has completed manufacturing and is being shipped in batches for a non-metallic lithium mining project in South America. The delivery of this benchmark project will strongly support the Company in expanding its client base in the global mining sector.

Doright has achieved another milestone in its overseas business. The bulk order of 94 large process equipment units from a well-known Australian company has finished production and fabrication. The equipment is now being loaded for shipment to South America to serve the local non-metallic lithium mining project.

Meeting International Standards, Cross-functional Collaboration to Secure Delivery

Tailored for lithium mining and smelting operating conditions, all equipment for this project is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with international standards including ASME and API 650. The tanks are predominantly of large-diameter specifications. The vast majority of these large process equipment units feature a shell diameter of 5 meters and tank height exceeding 10 meters, resulting in substantial single-unit dimensions. The large size, high volume and stringent requirements posed considerable challenges to production planning, including production scheduling, workshop layout, assembly & welding and finished product storage. Cross-functional teams covering production, technology, quality inspection and project management worked in synergy to organize production and delivery in a scientific manner.

Crossing Oceans and Continents, Demonstrating Expertise in Large Process Equipment Fabrication

Inside the workshop, oversized equipment is positioned in orderly arrangement; outside the plant, units are loaded onto trucks and containers in batches. Batches of large process equipment manufactured in China are crossing oceans and continents en route to the South American lithium mine site. This collaboration with the leading Australian enterprise and product deployment for the South American lithium project demonstrates overseas clients’ recognition of Doright’s capabilities in manufacturing large pressure vessels and process equipment.
